Like hell they would. My boat is heavy and I can take 18 foot bass
boats off the line with it. ETEC baby.

Although I've often wondered what it would do with a Yamaha HPDI of
the same horsepower. I ran a 2400 Bay Ranger once with a 250 Yamaha
HPDI and that thing was as quick as mine - faster actually because I
went from Watch Hill RI to Montauck NY in just under 17 minutes on
flat dead calm water, no wind and The Race was at ebb. The best I've
done in my Ranger is 21 minutes, but that was against The Race rip
most of the way.
