Where can I find an inexpensive USB C-Card Reader?

Based on your dimensions, no, C-Map cards are not MMC cards. The C-Map card
is 44.3mm by 24.0mm by 2.4mm with two groups of six contact points.

I would suspect the C-Map cards are a proprietary format. I've not seen
anything else with the same format.
