Hi, I have a YAMAHA ME200F inboard diesel and am having trouble
locating the anodes. I think I have found one in the heat exchanger (some residual zinc on a plug). I cannot get a replacement to fit so I have tried epoxy gluing a pencil anode. Does anyone know if there are more than one anode on the engine? The previous owner did not know about anodes so never replaced them... (bit scary really). If anyone can advise if there is a workshop mnaula I would also appreciate the information. The Austrlain YAMAHA delers are not familiar with this engine and can't help too much. |
