Lawyers, boy are you on target
Just look at the job openings of the highly tauted Homeland Security Department employment website .... if the posting isnt for a minimum wage baggage, etc. inspector, then its for an attorney for extreme wages.. Same thing happened to the "Super Fund" for cleanup of toxic waste sites ..... zillions if $$$ were spent and probably 90% went to shyster fees/costs. If you look deeply into MOST government programs, etc. youll find out that most of costs can be deemed to be .... welfare for shysters.
