a friend has one of thos 2 hp, 4 cycle Honda he wants to get rid of but says he
won't sell it to a friend.

Don't know anything about it. Haven't run it yet.

2 hp Hondas are noisy, weigh 27# and use practically no fuel. They can
only be stored on one side or standing up. They have a centrifugal
clutch and start good.
