Hi, Wilbur,
By all means, send me one Skip Gundlach 2350 Old Dixie Highway Ft. Pierce FL 34946 Thanks. L8R Skip -- Morgan 461 #2 SV Flying Pig KI4MPC See our galleries at www.justpickone.org/skip/gallery ! Don't be trapped by dogma - which is living with the results of other people's thinking. Don't let the noise of others' opinion drown out your own inner voice; and most important, have the courage to follow your heart and intuition. They somehow already know what you truly want to become. Everything else is secondary". - Steve Jobs "Wilbur Hubbard" wrote in message news.com... "Wayne.B" wrote in message ... After all, what good is any anchor, no matter how fancy or expensive, when a boat is permanently on the hard? === Any luck yet with getting that court transcript? I was hoping everybody would forget. It turns out that for civil trials they don't do transcripts. All they do is provide a CD with a voice recording of the trial. Since the trial lasted about 45 minutes, I decided that transcribing it myself is not worth the bother nor is paying a court recorder to do it at 35 bucks an hour. I did purchase the CD and could send you a copy if you're really interested. Wilbur Hubbard |

... Hi, Wilbur, By all means, send me one I'll burn a few copies this afternoon and get one to you in the mail soon. It is a proprietary file format played only by the 'court reporter' software. Fortunately, the player is included on the CD in its own folder. You'll have to install the player then use it to open the file. Wilbur Hubbard |

Wilbur Hubbard Wilbur, if you want, make an .ISO of it and email it to me. I'll either put it on my server with a link here or I might can get it transcribed and post it. If the audio part is in a file, you could maybe .ZIP it and the player, email each file separately, whatever. Totally your call. Rick |

I could try e-mailing it to you if you can make it available on a server. Is your real email or do I have to remove the asterisks. Wilbur Hubbard |

Even breaking up the folders into separate zip files the audio file is just too large to fit the 25 megabyte threshold. Sending you a CD might be the best way to go. Wilbur Hubbard |

I was concerned about that. Send a CD if not a problem. I'll do something with it to make available on my server and hopefully get it in text form as well. BTW, just remove the "*"'s from my email address. Send to: Rick Morel 1218 Long Leaf Dr. Savannah, TX 76227 Yep, we're stuck 300 miles plus from sal****er. Up here because daughter wanted mama to help with twin boys born in Oct. We can't wait to get back down to WARM South Padre! Here's an alternative: http://www.hjsplit.org/ I've used that program for years. You can ZIP the files, then use hjsplit to split the ZIP into multiple files small enough to email. I can then "join" them back together. Might save you a few bucks for anyone else wanting it at the moment. Rick |

Rick I tried that splitter, thanks it could be a handy thing later sometime, but the Internet connection with Gmail is just way too slow. I waited for five minutes and a single file of 10 megs (one of four) was less than 1/4 sent. I'll burn you a CD and send it off tomorrow. Maybe when you get the CD you could upload it to an FTP site or some such in case somebody wishes to download it. Wilbur Hubbard |
