Hi to all,
I'm currently converting my venerable gasoline boat to diesel and i thought of reusing the fuel tank. However, a very clever person looking at my web journal: www.langevin.biz/marinette34/repowering.htm pointed me about a galvanized fitting on the fuel tank which linked me to think that the fuel tank might be galvanized inside. I opened the observation hole and looked at it with a flashlight, the bottom looked like irregular patterns on the metal. Could it be electroplated zinc ? cheers |
