Where is the threat of harm?

Does a "reasonable man" then go on to taunt and provoke a person who
alledgedly threatens "physical harm"?

I demand that you retract what you have said immediately and apologize. I
may go see a lawyer about this. I am fed up with your constant attacks on
me and extremely upset with the damage you have caused to my reputation.
