This country was founded and has prospered because of non-natives. I
guess being a legal alien since he was five doesn't count for much in
your book. Perhaps he should have been deported.

No one is implying that. Legal aliens have many rights in this country.
But should owning/possessing a gun be one of them? I doubt if the founding
fathers would have bought into that.
