No one is implying that. Legal aliens have many rights in this country.
But should owning/possessing a gun be one of them? I doubt if the founding
fathers would have bought into that.

How does one figure it out? In the case of a rifle, in a gun shop, you
don't need to prove your citizenship. Many gun shops don't even follow
the minimal regs that are on the books. I believe he just walked in,
plunked down a CC and away went 33 lives.
