No one is implying that. Legal aliens have many rights in this country.
But should owning/possessing a gun be one of them? I doubt if the founding
fathers would have bought into that.

The ramifications of resident aliens being able to buy guns...the guns
can and do end up leaving the country...the guns end up in terrorist
hands....we've legalized a way for an enemy to infiltrate and destroy us
and our allies...we've opened up a vehicle for gun trafficking that is
based on a leagailty...
