Nope, Grenada was the final act of the Spanish American War!

Castro = more American meddling gone astray.

As a Canadian you should be calling for sanctions against the US!

No more maple syrup and hockey black outs! Bring America to its knees!

Gilly,

I don't know how you really count win or lose in a war?

In ww2 we toppled a God Japan. We got rid of Hitler. El DUCE is no
longer in power and with the aid of the Truman Doctrine we rebuilt the
infrastructure of Europe.

Even in Iraq, Saddam is no longer in power.

If you mean a victory means destroying a country and enslaving its
people, that isn't the USA way

Victory = instilling the classic liberal ideals of individual liberty.

WWII:

Japan made free.

1/2 of Germany set free.

Italy set free.

Soviet Union = bigger and stronger

China = becomes Communist

1/2 Europe = Commie control

50 million people killed.

Spain = not liberated.

The argument can be made that WWII was a wash at best.

We must beware of the future. For the rotten seed of Nazism is still
implanted. And perhaps under some other name or some other guise it could
sprout again:

Gilly,

I guess you are still isolated on your Island. The "WALL" is down,
Spain was not involved in WW2, Soviet Union is Breaking up, There is a
United Europe.

The Euro is worth more than the US dollar

Most of the European Country of the Soviet union are now independent and
joining the European Union.

WW2 a wash? You're talking real BS. It was total Unconditional Victory.
Both in Europe and it Asia.
