I think large cities should be proactive on this issue and legislate that
unless there is a specific reason for driving a pick up truck or SUV in

(passing through on the xway not counting).

If you think people cried "foul" when the Patriot Act was passed, wait until
you tell them they can't drive their monster trucks and SUVs into the
cities.
