Nutsy,

Sailboat do not have unlimited range. Never did and never will.

The limiting factors; People and their needs. Provisions and water!!
That is one of the big factors of the success of power. Trip planning
with a known time period and known provisioning needs.

That, Nutsy, is why a stall shower is a damn waste. Empty space!

Are you a typical NY yacht club pansie or what...

Your statement is pathetic.

Since everyone agreed that a bow thruster can be of use on some situations, I
guess you just got your foot deeply down your own throat. Maybe Scotty Potti
can suck it out for you....???

Bwahahahahahaha!

I worked for years and years on 50+ diffrent 100' to 165' boats and
only one had a bow thruster.

Yeah, and I sailed for years on boats without Radar. What's your point? That
because we got along without it it has no value?
Joe, seriously. Very Seriously. You're really really stupid.

Bwahahahahaha!

Thom, you've proven my point with ease. SAILBOATS have unlimited range.

It's only a waste of space if you don't like a nice hot shower aboard. You
could also make the case that most of the berths on board are a waste of space
as well.

No they don't. If they heeled, it would spill the bong.

Watermaker?

Not yet. Will get one before heading out into the Pacific.

Read NEVER.

Why?

Probably because Bob hasn't done any blue-water sailing in the Atlantic,
even though he's had ample opportunity to do so over the years, by his own
reckoning.

WTF?

Oz1...of the 3 twins.

I welcome you to crackerbox palace,We've been expecting you.

Lux blue-water cruising? I suppose if you use water aboard like you do at
home, water tank size might be an issue, I've never heard it, OTOH, a lot of
contemporary blue-water boats have watermakers, I guess it might have
something to do with "couples" and the possibility that women might want to
shower more frequently than men.

Yeah Nutsy,

And to extend the range they used: WAY STATIONS!! In every ocean of the
world

Don't try to Educate him Loco. Just do as Susy does and say "Yes Dear;
(You dumb SOB to yourself) You're so right, dear. ( You stupid
B--t--d) Things will change when you get your new boat (g)

At least we have him on Topic, for a change.
