Perhaps I should rephrase that. Having a line part in moderate weather is a
sign of total incompetence.

You weren't even able to give an explanation!

Sure I did. You just weren't listening.
1) There were strong winds that night

First you said gusting to 40. Then you said gusting to 35. A nearby station
report a gust only to 24. In any case, this is not enough wind to part a proper
line, properly setup.

2) I added a safety line.
Care to explain how I neglected the vessel when I backed up the line and
prevented any damage?
Hmmmm????

Care to explain how a line parted after you doubled up??? It sure sounds like
you don't know how to setup docklines.

Really, Bob!!!

You have no idea what the sea state was, Jeff. And THAT is a sign of total
idiocy. NOAA reported 35kn+ that night.
And STILL I backed up all of my lines to prevent a problem. NO DAMAGE.
Sorry, Jeff....you're still losing!

The line was setup correctly, showed no chafe and appeared fine. But lines can
NEVER part unexpectedly. NEVER, NEVER, so says Jeff!!!!

Hahahahahaha!

Sure I did. You just weren't listening.
1) There were strong winds that night (10-15kts)
2) I added a 2nd clothes line.

Hey Nutsy,

Weren't you supposed to be taking possession of a larger C&C this

Fall?
I thought that deal was signed and sealed? What happened to the Two

boat
ownership you were spouting off about?

Tell me a story,-tell me the story?

Nutsy,

Not what you said a year ago. You said you were the ower of 2 boats

and
the storage fees was your obligation?

He lied.

Nutsy, ils been a bad week for you. hasn't it? You were busted on

the
wind speed by the guy you were all over, for a wind estimate a lot
closer than yours

He lied,

You were busted on your stern line.parting.

He's cheap.

You were busted on your "Docking lines" even after you had pictures

of
your docking line with shackles on the cleat.

He's stupid.

and now, you've busted yourself about dual ownerships of sail boats

He lies.

Going to take an awful lot of HONESTY to get anyone to take you

serious
from now on

It's about time you realized that.

I hang my head in shame;--- for you, my friend and for your newborn,

my
namesake.

Pity, eh?

Nutsy,

Shut the hell up!! You're making an Ass of yourself even more, with
your half ass defensive statements.

You said your line parted at the snubber. First BS. Any sailor that has
ever seen a line go knows that the strongest section of the line is the
middle. Any sailor who ever tied a knot or made a splice knows that
created a weakness; at that point!!! Wear doesn't happen in the middle
of the run, it happens at the ends. This is the location of the weaker
part of the line and where the wear takes place. This is where a line
brakes.

Think like a sailor once in awhile and not a Troller.

Also; A Lie is not a troll, it is still a Lie when it is proven a lie.
It is no longer a troll.

Check out Gilly's trols He knows how to troll.
