It's gotten better somewhat recently. The authorities are really trying
to get rid of the derelict boats. It's usually protected from the fog,
even if SF is socked in, and the wind is quite good.

No matter what your boating platform is you will still go home to your
undersized but overpriced N.Y. POS walkup apartment.

There is an elevator. There's also two bedrooms, two baths, full kitchen,
dining room and living room. When we sell it will go for three times what your
"house" is worth. It takes 15 minutes on average to get to the boat which also
is worth more than your unkown tub!!!

Wow!

Another shoot from the hip statement from the town clown. Boob you don't
know what my house is worth.

People with a few miles of him can't
afford a meal and he has a YACHT, but that never occurs to him.

A profound statement coming from the Putz New Yorker who played on his
computer in the days following 9/11/2001.

Wow!

Yeah, I know! That's what people usually say when they see how big the place
is. It's unusual to get such a big apartment in NY unless you spend silly
amounts.

Loco,

Nutsy just told you what your house is worth. 1/3 of what his is. In his

Yeah, is it as wealthy as Forest Hills and Kew Gardens where a small home
averages 800K and a 1 bedroom apartment is 275K???
When we sell we walk away with over 200K profit after just 3 years.
Think it over, dumbass!!!

Bwahahahahahaa!
