What are you, nuts or something? You start a gun thread that is a gun
thread instead of making some other thread into a gun thread? haven't you
learned anything yet about the way things are done here?

Not even as victims?

ok...... so what do you have aboard

One 25mm rapid fire plus small arms kept rust free by virgin Irish women
from Oz. - will use them to supplement meager (thanks to Bush) retirement by
robbing unarmed anti-gun cranks often found on this NG.

OK, OK ... I stand corrected. All Irish/Oz MEN are virgins but NO women.
I'll have to look elsewhere for crew.

Actually I keep no guns aboard per se. I habitually carry a lightweight
hammerless S&W in a handwarmer pocket and *sometimes* either a .40 S&W
semiauto in a IWB holster or a .44 Mag in a "Wes Hardin" shoulder holster
depending on where I'm going - usually not while on the boat. If I were
going anywhere piracy was common I'd opt for a long range medium caliber
rifle (eg 30-06) and a 12 ga shotgun - maybe a dozen each to trade for stuff
stolen from vics like you.

nuts?
i don't know maybe
so far i've learned something (not sure what) about squirty cheese
and now this!
everyday is a surprise
you should really consider posting the alternate asa.sailing faq.
it should prove interesting
in any event you appear to be a somewhat god fearing midwest woman: where's
your forgiveness for my apparent sin?

Yes. 25mm type.

.22 cal.
pistols
assault rifle
mortar rounds
rocket launchers
or cannons

Yes. Winchester Repeating Arms 10ga. signaling cannon. Never fired in
anger or at anyone, except at my friend who fires his at me.

????????

Not much salt in The Great Lakes. A little WD-40 goes a long way in
cleaning and preventing rust.

and what the hell do you need them for?

Need? Need? We don't need no stinking cannons. But they are fun and the
crowd on the dock loves 'em.

target practice on bouys?
sport fishing?
whale hunting?

Making noise. Lot o' noise.

Aboard? Zero, nada. Flares, but no flare gun.

Well, except for this:

Only God forgives; I, in my humble humanity, only have the ability to remind
you what you need to be forgiven for.
