Methinks you read it wron...he is stating he likes ALL Verdi pieces along
with the assortment he listed....(which were by various composers and not
all by Pucinni...)

I think you may be right. I'll blame the two margaritas. I really
don't care for opera but I date a woman who is very much a fan of it.
I've learned that the best way to enjoy opera is to sit near someone
who snores louder than I do, so as to avoid at least a few of those
elbows to the ribs when I am "resting my eyes.
