What is a branch of the Armed Forced??

So now you're claiming that Bush didn't avoid the draft by
using his daddy's influence to jump to the head of the NG line? That he didn't flake out on his responsibilities, failing to show for his physical? So perhaps tell me Mr. Dave, who is such a f*cking expert on grammar, the military, politics, and simple logic, why didn't Bushy show? I think it was because of his drug and alcohol problems. -- "j" ganz @@ www.sailnow.com "Dave" wrote in message ... On Mon, 22 Mar 2004 15:19:28 -0800, our resident draft-dodger, "Jonathan Ganz" , said: I think it's more likely that the draft dodger is Bush, so if that's the case, he and you are doing the bobbing and weaving. Jonathan, did something traumatic happen to you in the third grade? You seem to be stuck in a time warp when it comes to logical argument: "You're a whosiwhatsit." "No, you're a whosiwhatsit." I remember that dialog, but if you're a man it's time to put away childish things. Dave S/V Good Fortune CS27 |

when the draft got to be really moving, most anything that breathed got
drafted. I personally knew a guy with a wooden leg (car accident) who had to go through his draft physical, another who was 6'9" (two inches of the limit) who was drafted (he said they banged the measuring stick on his his enough times so he snuck down a bit to ease the pain and they measured him at 6'71-'2"). In boot camp, everyone got a second physical to insure that all met minimum's. many ( 2 or 3 out of a hundred it seemed) didn't. I doubt joony showing up claiming his preference would have kept him from serving. They would just take care to assign to the right general. no, there is some reason joony didn't serve besides his preference. Dave & Scott, Homo's were not drafted if they made it known. Ole Tom |

Looks like you had no trouble declaring your homosexuality.

if I had it I would have no problem declaring it. As it happens, I have no
interest in such at all. oxzy, I can't even begin to see why one guy would chase another guy. If they
