Default The Final Blow.. it just gets better...

Yes Bob... I'm certainly going to suggest you use Radar... that is I would
if you knew how to read a radar screen.... while Suzanne is "learning basic
navigation"... especially at night... most certainly in unfamiliar waters
and most definitely in conjunction with a chart.

Think confirmation.... I understand that's a difficult concept for you.

| So you shut it off when it was a very reliable
| and valuable tool in night time navigation!
|
| So you ARE suggesting that I use radar while Suzanne learns basic
navigation?
| That's what I thought.
|
| Bwahahahaha!

Why? Few boats on the LIS even bother with radar. We certainly didn't need it
to make a perfectly safe entry.
Mooron, with charts and compass you can go anywhere. You don't "need"
radar...or at least we don't. It came with the boat.

Bob... it's more than obvious that *You* need all the help you can possibly
get for anything approaching navigation.

... but heh.. live in ignorance... it's done so well to keep you below
everyone else on the learning curve... and it amuses me!

Why? We had a perfect trip and Suzanne did great.
Poor Mooron! He's become the "dead horse" of alt.sailing.asa.
Perhaps he intended this all along!

Zikes! That's a scary post! Doubt he knows why.
