first said it was his name, then he claimed Suzzy's, now he's saying maybe a corporation.

And who's name is on the registration?

And are you the previous owner?

I'm not the previous owner, I wouldn't own a boat like his.
The boat is registered with the NY DMV.New York dept of motor vehicles.
