This is a flush mount deck compass of some type. I'm not sure if it's a
Ritchie, but it does look like one of their older models. It has a red night
light which works fine. The small hinged hood operates smoothly. It needs some
new mounting screws of course. It's mounting diameter is 5 1/4 inches.
