As I said, I'm just a simple country boy. You need to explain things
more fully, or I don't understand them. Assuming by "everyone" you mean
all 300 million or so Americans, That could come to as much as, uh let
me see... Wait a minute, my calculator doesn't go that high, I need a
pencil... Ah! I get $9 trillion. Sounds like a bargain to me, although I
don't see how it would work. The $600 Bush gave almost everyone only
helped during one quarter.

Exactly where do you expect them to get that money? Should they just
print it up? From what I heard, that would devalue our falling dollar
even more than it is now, and that $3000 would have less power than it
might have. They could borrow it from China or somebody, but wouldn't
that increase the deficit even more? Doesn't sound like a good way to
balance the budget. If I did something lie that, I'd hear nasty things
from my banker. But then, I'm not the government, am I?

Hmmm. I'm not so sure about that one, but we'll put it on the list.
Anybody got any other ideas?

Where does Obama get the money? From the same place Pelosi or Reid would
get the money. Taxes. Higher taxes. Income redistribution on a grand
scale.

Ya mean like the $1200 that Bush recently sent everybody? Bush simply
borrowed the money from China. He knows you are good for it, or maybe
your children and grandchildren will settle up...

No, tax cheats who don't file a return, are part of a smaller
sub-group.

Don't I wish I was a non-filer!

Obama will tax those who have some to give to those who have less. He will
do this as long as it buys votes. Once the have-nots realize they will
always be on the bottom of the totem pole, they may change their ways. But,
I believe this will take at least a generation.l
