Funny you mention the Tundra. I've been resisting an itch to go trade the
little Ranger in on one. If I cave, I'll go for the 5.7 liter engine (381

not by much.

So far, I've successfully resisted the urge. The little Ranger does
everything I need for now. But ... damn it's tough when you get bored and
need a new toy.

I call it my cowboy cadillac. They really are a nice civilized truck
- quiet, comfortable, efficient, well finished, etc. I got an "ARE"
fitted cap, painted to match, so it ends up looking like a big sport
utility. I would have gotten the 5.7L but it was not available when I
bought mine. The 4.7L has plenty of power for everything I do
however. Cruising at 75 mph lightly loaded it is only turning about
2500 RPM. Pulling a trailerand boat at 70 with overdrive locked out,
it turns about 3200. I got mine with 4wd, off road package, and
trailer towing option.

I had to trade my Ranger in. I had the one seat cab and at 5'7" I felt
confined not being able to move the seat back any. My wife couldn't
sit in it for long either.. It was just too small. Nice truck, had he
v6 and got **** for mileage...

You know, I usually don't say anything about other's typos,
misspellings, etc. BUT, if Harry catches someone besides one of the
stooges doing it, he'll start calling them ignorant, idiots, stupid,
dumb fochs, etc. Wonder if he thinks the same of himself? Maybe THAT'S
the deep seated mental issue that makes him act like he does.

Another little old lady from Florida clogging up the roads. No wonder the
locals don't like old yankees moving down .

That's why he likes his trawler...he's a slowski.

Hmm, let's see, you don't like people that like speed, you don't like
people who go slow, you don't like slow trawlers (while claiming to
own a lobster boat!), you don't like anyone who disagrees with your
ignorant positions on issues....

I think I've nailed it, you are just a bitter old *******.

Don't think we didn't notice that you waited until JimH left to start
talking about a new toy!

I think my wife would be happy if we never used the travel trailer, as long
as it stayed in the driveway where she could go 'decorate' it.

Are you confused, Waitaloogy? I think you are. You're talking to HK,
while addressing me.
Another " foul-smelling pustule " from the Dwarf Colonel.

Yeah, but no one talks to you. At least the other stooges are somewhat
clever, sometimes.. you are just vulgar and juvenile.. no one cares...

*You* cavort with Loogy and you have something to say about other posters?

*snerk

I will deal with anyone who wants honest conversation.. I don't deal
with junkies, drunks, or liars. I cut you slack because you have the
balls to "say it to my face" as it were, and when you aren't making
stuff up, you know a good deal about boats. Hell, I would still
take you fishin'. I am sure we could find neutral grounds for
conversation... and I have been told by someone I trust, that you are
not so bad in person...

I'd make damn sure he squeezed all his pustules first!

Yuck!

Darn shame they went and beefed up the Tundra. The version up to a year or
so ago was perfect for urban warriors.
