Impressive. Harry, I have been ignoring your comments, but you just follow me around making a rude comments about everyone of my posts. You and JimH need to find a new hobby instead of being so fixated on me. I know you and Jimh are jealous because my son actually is a success, and was given a fellowship into the school rated number one in his field of study, but what can I say. Tit for tat, Reggiecrap, tit for tat. Your son is a success? Why should anyone believe you have a son, a name, a boat, a house, or a car? If your imaginary son is such a success, why can't he pick out and buy his own computer? So, when's the last time you sat down to a plate of chitlins and fixings? When you google them down, do you have to take an antacid? His comment about my son was evidence of what a low life he is. He not only insulted my son but all hard working men and women. Not everyone is meant to go to college. In fact, some of the most worthless folks in the country are white collar trash with fantastic educational credentials. Where would we be without the blue collar workers of America? BTW Reggie.........go **** yourself and your snotty attitude. On the one hand you complain that the implication your son is doing some blue collar work is evidence of being a low life. On the other hand you recognize the value and worth of blue collar workers. If you took Reggie's comment as an insult to your son, you must think blue collar work is some real ****. Shame on you. If your son *doesn't* do some shovel work, as a lower ranking engineer, he'll be the first to escape it! Not only did i not degrade blue collar workers, I praised them. I think JimH is ashamed of his son's work and that set it off, sort of like Harry is ashamed of his wife being a social worker. Both of them are very valuable jobs that our society needs. They both need to get over it, and realize that their loved ones found their calling. I would NEVER have suggested my son become a college professor, I actually tried subtly to suggest other options he might enjoy, but I DID TELL him to figure out what he enjoyed and follow that course. I believed if he was doing what he enjoyed, he was going to be a success and live a happy life. While college professor is not my choice of careers for my son, I am proud that he set his objectives high, took every AP course available in high school, got into Ivy League school and now has a 7 year fellowship for his PhD. JimH and Harry need to do the same thing, and be proud of their son and wife's chosen professions. |
