Default West Marine going down the tube?

The one in New London and Mystic has had the same crew for the past
ten years or so - knowledgable and in the New London store, one of the
gals there is a retired electronics engineer and really knows her
electronics.

I've never had a problem with West in terms of knowledge - price,
that's another matter.
