You know what bothers me about this whole TSA thing? You can't find
anybody who speaks unaccented English.

I applied for my TWIC card this weekend and there was a hangup with
the registration - apparently, the computer doesn't update immediately
- takes 24 hours.

I didn't know that, so when I couldn't log in to set up the
appointment, I couldn't log in. Called the help line. Three times
because I couldn't get an operator who spoke unaccented English - if I
spoke Spanish or Pakastani or whatever I could do it. I have trouble
understanding heavily accented English.

I have heard at the Providence TSA office where they process the TWIC
requests, there isn't a native English speaker in the building.

Something gotta be wrong with that.
