I'll post this because I'm sure it will apply to boats as well. The
TSAand US Customs is currently proposing new rules for traveling
overseas by private vehicles (airplanes, and probably boats). They are
asking that you provide them a list of passengers 1 week before you
depart and then you stop at US Customs as your last stop in the US for
them to give final approval of the passengers leaving the US. It will
be first first time in US history that Americans have had to ask
permission to leave the US. I'm sure they will examine the examples of
the Soviet Union on how to do such.

It would be nice if they asked all those coming north at the Mexican border
for a passport.

I thought they were. I was in Mexico 2 weeks ago. When I came back I
cleared customs in Browns Field airport in San Diego. The custom's guy
actually did check all of our passports. There is also a new aircraft
entry form. Looks like the old Custom's form but its now a TSA form.
To be honest, I get more questions at Customs returning from Canada
than Mexico. The Mexicans are pretty brutal on illegals entering
Mexico (if caught) but the Canadians really don't care. Its not
uncommon to hear of illegals entering Mexico from the South on train
cars to be pushed under the train by Mexican officials.

Actually, I was being a little facetious. I was referring more to the
millions of illegals coming across that border.

True, the Mexican's don't care. Mexicans are very patriotic so they
consider it a bad thing when someone leaves Mexico for the US. I think
their attitude is that if those guys want to abandon their home
country of Mexico then let them ago. The gov't of Mexico certainly
isn't going to stop them.

Can we get back to discussing nipples and nipple rings? I'd rather this
discussion stay with the aesthetic rather than the political. Thanks.

In fact, how about posting some photos of attractively ringed nipples?

That's the visual I had when I read the story. Of course we invision a
hot young girl with firm breasts. In fact it could just as easily be a
freaky fat chick with saggy stuff.

Yes, nipple rings on the right kink of rack, thoroughly enticing.
