Not that I am a fan of harry's, but I don't see why Harry owes you or
anybody else an explanation.

He once told me that he had a college deferment and that kept him off
the list for that time. That was the case with a lot of people at the
time, including my district manager. And, you know what? I don't blame
them one damn bit!! I would have avoided that war as quickly as
anyone. Our Idiot-in-Chief took us into one of the worst wars
imaginable and the expected the youth of the country to go fight it.
And for what?? There was no winner, only a lot of losers.....

Yep...I was II-S for a while. But then I graduated, and my draft status
changed to I-A. But then...fate intervened. I certainly never "dodged"
the draft.

Harry, did you not earlier say that only the stupid got drafted?

Lets here more about "fate". It's certainly taken you long enough to dream
that one up.

He was deferred, reclassified 1A,dropped off the list, and blessed by a twist
of fate. Seems like he went to a lot of trouble to stay home with the girls.
And now he finally declares that he is not a draft dodger. I guess we should
believe him. Eh. Harry wouldn't lie, would he?

I am not defending Harry but I have to ask this question to you, Booger,
Herring and Reggie....

Why the hell are you guys so obsessed about him and his past/present life?
I can understand 3rd graders engaged in that behavior, but not grown men.
You are all making an ass of yourself. *Grow up.- Hide quoted text -

while, and bored too. Sparing with Harry is fun, I think he likes it
too, what's the harm? a bunch of crazy old men waiting for the snow to
melt...

Sparring with soft butter is much more fun, and more mentally stimulating.

It was 40+ years ago - a whole different lifetime.

I'm not defending Harry, but get a freakin' life.

Nobody cares anymore.
