Here, there was about a one year delay between the city banning skateboards in certain places, and signs actually going up in those places. If the same was true where that video was made, those kids may well have been honest when they asked what they did wrong. That cop was out of control. |

Cops are public servants, paid for by public tax dollars. If they cannot behave reasonably, they should be tossed off the police force.
