I was 16 years old and got some tickets on my motorcycle (wasn't even on it, hadn't been running for an hour) and the two village cops didn't like me because I was always on the edge of being in trouble. They beat the **** out of me before it was all over. Saying you weren't on your bike and it hadn't been running for an hour kind of side steps the question. What were you doing when *on* your bike that earned you 'some tickets'? -- John H Not to mention to ALL of you. The surpreme court says you can say anything to a cop, as long as you don't threaten him, and give him your name and address if he asks you. This was over a Texas case where a man told cop to "fu88 off" and the SP said he had that right. Period.. This pig bitch has NO right to say anything cause the kid called him "dude". The pig bitch that threw me down the stairs in handcuffs had no right. The kids dad should at least hire a bunch of thugs to get the guy out taking out the trash one night and beat the **** out of him, that's what we did... |

They had a hardon for me. I told my uncle exactly what happened. He was shocked that I wasn't guilty. We took it to local court and was vindicated of all charges. As a matter of fact, my uncle's lawyer friend told us what to do. Ask for a supporting deposition. The officer never supplied one, nor did he show up in court. |
