Eisboch Well how was it and what was the receipe. I have found there is not any fish that doen't taste better when it is seasoned with Creole seasoning. Actually, you can save some money by just eating the Creole seasoning with a spoon. Mix some with some canned cat food and you've got a very nice spread for crackers, etc. lol, I am going to stop reading your posts when I am drinking my coffee. It's more fun to be like J and H.
