Mrs.E. just returned from grocery shopping. The market had just finished
filleting a fresh dolphin that was flown in from Hawaii and arrived this afternoon. She brought me home a chunk. Mahi-Mahi on the menu tonight, once I figure out how to cook it. Eisboch |

Nobody bothered to tell me you have to soak that stuff in vinegar or something for a couple of days before cooking it.
