Grilling is fine. Basting with mayonnaise to keep it moist. Don't season it
if you want to enjoy the delicate flavor.

Grilling is fine. Basting with mayonnaise to keep it moist. Don't season
it if you want to enjoy the delicate flavor.

Grilling is the only way I know how to cook. I've been looking at some
grilling recipes on the 'Net, but I think you're right. Natural it shall
be. I am not a big fish eater but I like Mahi-Mahi.

Easter for us..........Lent.

I forgot when the rules were changed, but all through junior high and
high school in New Haven, fish was the entree on Fridays. Huge Catholic
population. Pretty good fish, too. Of course, up the hill in Amity, I'm
sure the fish was served on a special sauce.

Of course, I'm sure that your school had the best of everything,
