Grilling is fine. Basting with mayonnaise to keep it moist. Don't season
it if you want to enjoy the delicate flavor.

Grilling is the only way I know how to cook. I've been looking at some
grilling recipes on the 'Net, but I think you're right. Natural it shall
be. I am not a big fish eater but I like Mahi-Mahi.
