I once got creative and bought a chunk of shark meat.

Nobody bothered to tell me you have to soak that stuff in vinegar or
something for a couple of days before cooking it.

I swear, the whole house smelled *foul* for about a month after I
cooked the fish. Peeeee Yeeeew

Must have been bad shark piece. The sharks sold in the market, Thresher and
Mako's are good. Blue Sharks are pretty bad as they pee via skin
secretions. So lots of ammonia in the flesh.

Don't cook it. Chill it, slice it into bite size pieces and serve with soy
sauce, wasabi, and white rice. Mmmmmmmm!!

Irish Catholic?

Catholic at least I'd bet.

I think it was a Presbyterian, but it doesn't matter. I'll eat it anyway.

Well how was it and what was the receipe.

I have found there is not any fish that doen't taste better when it is
seasoned with Creole seasoning.

Actually, you can save some money by just eating the Creole seasoning with
a spoon. Mix some with some canned cat food and you've got a very nice
spread for crackers, etc.
