Same reason why would anyoen buy a decent sized boat. They enjoy the device. Lots of these RV'ers that full time, do not drive that many miles a year. Maybe 5000. And at about 7-8 mpg, the extra cost for fuel is not a big item in the overall cost. And people who use the RV for weekend trips drive even less a year. |
