SARASOTA, Fla., January 28, 2008 - Last fall Wellcraft introduced its
new 210 Coastal at the Ft. Lauderdale Boat Show. For the 2008 Miami
International Boat Show, Wellcraft is introducing the 210's big
sister, the 340 Coastal.
"The 340 Coastal is almost like two boats in one. It boasts
outstanding fishability for the hard-core angler and is ideal for the
cruising family," said product manager, Tim Hunt. "The economical
outboards allow for bigger boat accommodation and easier handling,
whether you fish or cruise."
The large cockpit is low to the water and designed for fishing. A 50
gallon baitwell, two lift assisted fish boxes and abundant rod and
tackle storage throughout make for a very capable fishing boat. Add
an optional Raymarine C120, E120 or G190 electronics package,
including a chartplotter, HDFI fishfinder and VHF radio and you've got
a super catch.
The 340 has all the comforts of home away from home: stainless steel
refrigerator, coffee maker/microwave combo, wet bar, stove, hot-cold
shower, molded fiberglass sink, vanity, Corian countertop and storage,
Sealand Vacuflush head with holding tank and custom cherry wood
dinette table that converts to full V-berth, allowing for a sleeping
capacity of six. Optional comfort features include a bow sunpad,
cabin carpet, ice maker, electric grill, cockpit refrigerator and LCD
TV/DVD.

Technical specs a LOA: 34 feet, beam: 11'9", dry weight: 13,500
lbs, fuel: 382 gallons, deadrise: 20 degrees, draft: 32".
The 340 Coastal is available in Midnight Blue or Onyx Black hull color
options and the choice of Admiral Blue, Adobe Palm, or Natural Bisque
interior fabric options.
