Default Spending that Economy Booster

If you're going to get one of those spiffy economy boosting checks from
the feds, what will you do with the proceeds?

(a) pay off consumer debt (the smart thing to do)

(b) buy food

(c) buy gasoline

(d) buy some more goods made in China

(e) have a fun evening with wine, women and song

That's exactly what they don't want you to do.

Yes, I know. But that is the smartest thing to do with it, and it
certainly is better than blowing it on goods made in the PRC.

I'll use mine to apply towards the balance of the recent remodeling
project. If anyone else is not planning on putting theirs to good use,
I'll help out by boosting the economy for ya.

Now that's a good use, assuming you used legal labor and at least some
products made in the USA!!!

Don't have any debt except for the mortgage.

(b) buy food

Pantry and refrigerator are full

(c) buy gasoline

I do that every week anyway, no excitement.

(d) buy some more goods made in China

May take a stroll through Wal-Mart and see if anything catches my eye.
The have very low prices.

(e) have a fun evening with wine, women and song

I'm not allowed to have fun evenings with wine, women and song. The wife
put a stop to me bringing my drunk girlfriend home after the concert.

See if you can see Harry while you are there. Not only does he like the
LOW prices, but the coupons make them an even better deal..

If the US govt has money to throw around, I'd say either apply it to the
expense of the Iraq expedition...or give it directly to the troops in harms
way.

It would be money the treasury borrows from China.

Im not getting one despite paying a higher % of taxes than just about
everyone. I make about 85K and live with my ex wife, the cut off is 75k.
What a joke why does the government seem to hate single people. I also fall
into the alternative min tax ever damn year.
