May I suggest that you focus on those that are trying to force their
beliefs on you and let society decide for themselves?

I was thinking maybe we were getting to the core difference between classic
liberal and classic conservative philosophies.

The former seems to think they are responsible for all.
The latter focuses on individual responsibility.


I would agree with that, only I would substitute they for government.
