I don't fight against "the church" until it tries to shove itself in my
life.

Or, do like I do when the Jehovah's Witness' or Mormons show up at the
door. I tell them I will listen to their pitch but, they first have to
listen to my pitch to become a Catholic. Usually the say not thank you
and get on their way.
