When I fished the NE BASS amateur trail, I always got a kick out of guys with monster engines on bass boats. *Of course the same logic of getting to the fish firstest/fastest was the primary motive according to them. I was interviewed once for The Fisherman after I won a tournament and one of the questions was about the boat and engine - was a monster engine necessary the guy asked. So I answered honestly - No it wasn't. To which I added - I just like to go fast. *:) Absolutely! |
