Racist? What *race* did I single out there, braindead boy?

Those that you aren't a member of Harry. We have years and years of your
racist posts. You seem to have a need to categorize people. People are
people why do you have state their race at every turn.

Let's see:

"Modern" no racial implication
"evangelical-infested" no racial implication
"but" no racial implication
"Jesusless" no racial implication
"GOP" no racial implication

Since there are no racial implications in my statement, there is no
racism in it.

Nice try. It may clear your consience but it won't clear your name.

I do have little tolerance for self-proclaimed "Christians" who do not
follow the teachings of Jesus, but that's called "disgust at their
hypocrisy," not racism.

Wasn't it you who said that Jesus was a nobody just a couple of weeks
ago? Why do you give so much weight to Jesus's teachings when he was
just another guy talking about irrelevant stuff 2000 years ago?

You should have gone back to high school.

You can do better than that!

Ahh, I can see that logical presentation of argument is something that
has never crossed your little brain.

Whoops - PC Police just reminded me - First Americans. Same question
applies though.
First Nations, I believe.

That's it. Well, that answers that.

Which leads me to, how come we, in the US, are "Americans", and all
those others in North and South America, aren't?

I suspect that because we live in the United State of America. Somehow
Nicaraguan American doesn't work.

Which brings up another point.

Why is it we have to identify and quantify ourselves as Polish
American, Irish American or African American?

Even better - why would a person of 50% mixed heritage - say Obama -
choose to identify himself as black as opposed to white?

Because in this country most whiteys would call Obama black. This is
still a nation that defines people by the color of their skin.

Having lived all across this country and being exposed to many people of
varying races and ethnic heritages it has always amazed me that people
from north of the Mason Dixon line have a need to always state the race
of the person they are talking about. Why do I see you in the statment
above Harry?

Incidentally, I identify myself as a "Yankee" on those rare occasions
when I am asked. I mostly stopped identifying myself as an "American"
when the idiot took over the White House seven years ago.

You can't help yourself can you?

announcement was made, but Mrs. Favre assured the fans that, "Hey, I know
this game. I live with Brett. I have taken several road trips on the team

is and I know how to avoid a corner blitz." So they polled the people
inGreen Bay, 50% of Packers fans are excited, motivated, looking forward to
the big game.

All right, you think that's ridiculous? Let me reread this. In a shocking
announcement today, Mrs. Hillary Clinton announced that she is running for
President of the United States because she knows Bill Clinton and has lived
with him, and she was there on a lot of trips to China and around the world,
and she really cared about kids for 35 years. She's fought and she stood up
for kids, and she's tried to fix health care, and she knows fifty percent of
the American people say, "That's good enough for us."

Which of the right-wing Republican idiots, lunatics or incompetents are
you support, Bill?

Mitt "I was against flip-flopping until I changed my mind" Romney?

Rudy "I am *not* a crook even though the evidence indicates otherwise"
Guiliani?

Mike "I know Jesus, so I don't have to know foreign policy" Huckabee?

Fred "Yes, I am Dead" Thompson?

Ron "I'm even crazier than I sound" Paul?

Duncan "The 2% in the Polls Solution" Hunter?

The only reasonable possibility on the GOP side is John McCain, and he
isn't crazy or right-wing enough for the GOP delegates.

Maybe you can write in Zell Miller. He's fine until his daily sedation
wears off.

Apparently you don't know many folks on the extreme left. Harry would
be perfectly at home as a precint captain for the D party out this
way, but not considered radically left in any sense--- Perhaps it's a
matter of perspective; we continue to reelect "Baghdad Jim" to the US
House and rather obviously the majority of voters think he's a fine
choice.
There are some regions in this country where Jim McDermott would be
more likely to be lynched than elected to congress. :-)- Hide quoted text -

Apparently you need to expose yourself to folks who are actually
moderate. I challenge you to give us an example of one, just one,
right leaning view Harry has. I could name hundreds of the opposite,
hardly moderate. You need to expand your input if you think he is a
moderate representation of how Americans outside of Seattle think...- Hide quoted text -

Obviously in favor of owning handguns, as he does. That's a position
more typically espoused by the right than the left.

Challenge met.

That's a choice that is generally made for a person of mixed race by
society at large.

Remember the mixed race kids in school? If they had African Amercan
features, fairly dark complexions, etc, they were normally accepted
far more readily by black students than by the whites. Yeah, I'm sure
there were some blacks who took exception to the mixed kids declaring
themselves "black", but it would not amount to the same degree of
rejection likely to be encountered from some white students if the
same mixed kids claimed to be "white".
