Boy, the Salmon fishing in the river mouths is going to be late this
year. The water temp is STILL 61 degrees 14 miles out in Erie. Gotta drop a long way (temp, that is) before they start heading in. We didnt even start to see fish on the Piranha until we hit 60+ feet of water. But the old Gal ran like a top, and I'm planning on going out again on Sunday (weather permitting, or should I say WIND permitting on Erie). The Marina Operator says I now have a Carte Blanche to the ramp for the rest of the season....lol.
