I was just at the marine supply store and asked about the 'Ultra HPF
lube recommended by the owners manual (that I downloaded)

The dealer salesman said 80% of the locals were using the Hi-Vis
version and he'd recommend I do same as it's cheaper.
He said if I started to use the synthetic, I should stay with it.
so.............. what were you using on this outboard?

BTW did you use a pump to feed the gear lube in...or did you just
squeeze the vinyl container?
