Here's yet another of the many daily attacks from "Reggie Smithers", a frequent rec.boats poster, and if you count them up, you will see how little he adds here in boating/fishing content or interesting reading. Harry, How is this a daily attack? That's easy, you went after his transom. How low (LT) can you go? Harry is very protective of his aft most parts as well he should be. We'll be in Chesapeake Bay for most of October and will be strategically well positioned for confirming or denying reports of extreme LT weather. I'll be on close look out for DLTPs (Distressed Low Transom Parkers) and will take pictures of all sightings for review by the group. Yo Ho Ho... :-) Meanwhile today, off the mid New Jersey coast, 120 miles north east of our LT hero, it was like a lake. People were bopping around in the Atlantic Ocean with 13 ft Whalers like it was a walk in the park. If it were still summer, it would have been one of the finest days of the season. For late September, the weather was absolutely spectacular. ] Today was a georgeous day here also. I didn't get out, but spent half the day at the local golf course. Beautiful weather. Can't wait for the new boat to get here. Gee - I spent the day clearing brush. Where did I go wrong? :) Where do I begin... :} |
