Here's mine:
Forecast as of 11:28 am EDT on September 23, 2007
Chesapeake Bay From North Beach To Drum Point-
Chesapeake Bay From Drum Point To Smith Point-
This Afternoon
N winds 15 kt. Waves 3 ft.
From 7 to 10 AM today, the weather station on the Thomas Point
lighthouse was reporting winds between 15 and 22 knots, and gusts
to 22
knots.
Three foot waves of the kind we have around here do not make for
pleasant fishing.
Harry,
If the weather in the area you normally fish has 3 ft. waves, why
not change your fishing location to the leeward side or a island,
peninsula or go to one of the 10,000 coves in the Chesapeake Bay.
Even on my little lake it is common for wind to pick up and make
parts of the lake unpleasant, including some of my favorite spots.
If the weather is still nice, I just move to the leeward side of an
island and have a wonderful day on the lake.
Here's yet another of the many daily attacks from "Reggie Smithers",
a frequent rec.boats poster, and if you count them up, you will see
how little he adds here in boating/fishing content or interesting
reading.
Harry,
This is not an attack, it is friendly advice.
I have no interest in advice from you. Save yourself the time and what
little energy it takes, and don't offer me any.
Did you old lady yell at you today, Harry? Why are you attacking Reggie?
