Default 220 Knot winds last night

Last night we had gust of 220 miles per hour in the neighborhood. They
say 18 tornados touched down in the Houston area. Bare poled here in
the Marina we rolled 12-15 degrees in the right direction, if we did
it the other way we would of smashed a 3 story building, The Pearson
40 next to me must of tossed the owners out of the bunks, it was kinda
funny seeing there water line 2-3 foot above the water in the slip.
Had 9 + inches of rain in 3 hours. A couple blocks away received major
damage to homes. Today we have 20kt winds with 40 Kt gusts. Im sure
glad fall is here, and hurricane season is over.

Have to get ready for winter now, Remove the AC from the wheel house,
Take off the shade canvas, turn the ice maker on low. Might even have
to get a pair of shoes besides the Flip flops if things get really
bad.

Only got up to 77 degrees today and tonight its going to get down to
the 48 degrees Burrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr.

It's a good thing you have Ms. Terry to keep
you warm, do the cleaning and laundry and
cook you hot, wholesome meals in the galley.
