Anybody really use a knot log
I have a new Standard Knot Log but the little prop thing has fouled so
it doesnt turn. I am hesitant to pull it out to clean it although I knwo I can plug the hole in time. I dont want to spend any time in the water at the dock due to the 8' gator nearby. Is this worth worrying about? I have never had one in all these years of sailing. |

I have never had one in all these years of sailing. Yeah, I use mine, it always-or at least regularly-gets fouled, only takes a minute to clean it and put it back. I usually use a small rag to plug it, the use the rag to clean up the water. John Cairns |
