Default Mercruiser Upper Outdrive Seal leaking drive oil

I have a Mercruiser Alpha II outdrive. Its leaking drive oil from the
seal between the upper and the gimbal housing. I've tightened all the
nylox nuts. The leak is pretty slow. I lose about a quarter cup after
6hrs of trolling. I just had these seals replaced and it still leaks.
The leak is only from the left side of the upper. No other seal is
leaking. Any help would be much appreciated!

Thanks,
Todd
